Went in to my Cardioligist appointment today. When I checked in I was given a mask and told the girl I only wear them under my chin. She chuckled and said she understood. When I was taken into the examination room, the assistant said I need to put my mask over my nose. I said I don’t wear it there and if they didn’t like it they can kick me out. He nodded and pointed to the door. When I was in four months ago, there wasn’t this issue.

They still wear them around Tampa like that. Alone in cars, walking alone, etc. The saddest thing I’ve seen in a long time was where I was waiting in my car at my buddy’s house and a teen girl walked down the long street, apparently having gotten off the school bus. She was carrying her instrument and backpack, all alone.... wearing a mask. You’d think the first thing she’d have done was to rip that sucker off. They don’t even require masks in schools now. So unbelievable.
They've become so trained to wear them. I've seen the same thing and it's really sad to see.
Trained indeed. A generation with many psywar wounds to heal. Driving home from work, rural NSW a few weeks ago, got stuck behind the frequently stopping school bus and saw a girl disembark, then start walking her long dirt road farm driveway- WEARING THAT MASK. Very sad.
