Went in to my Cardioligist appointment today. When I checked in I was given a mask and told the girl I only wear them under my chin. She chuckled and said she understood. When I was taken into the examination room, the assistant said I need to put my mask over my nose. I said I don’t wear it there and if they didn’t like it they can kick me out. He nodded and pointed to the door. When I was in four months ago, there wasn’t this issue.

We try to avoid any professional medical contact - period. Most of our efforts are diet (keto), exercise, and selective supplements. One of those is vitamin K2 along with D3 10,000 IU daily. This actually removes calcium deposits from blood and repurposes bacterial calcium scum (plaque) on teeth to bones and tooth enamel. It will not repair oral damage done by gingivitis as that is a soft tissue effect of the disease; however, it will remove HARD plaque as well as soft. You do need to continue to brush and floss for good gum health.

Where and what brand do you buy?
I have Best Naturals MK-7 (the most effective form of K2) 100 mcg I bought that through Swanson's (I think). Piping Rock has a sale on for a lot of supplements at present and just bought more quercetin today. Zinc, leg vein essentials, D3, C, vinegar, iodine, cod liver oil. I have to be careful with zinc because it can cause me upset.

Thank you! I only just this week read where we need k2 when taking D so calcium doesn't build in our arteries and not go where it is supposed to go. I hadn't seen it mentioned here when we were all following threads on covid protocol including lots of vitamin D. You are a blessing!
