I hate to disagree with DSouza here, but I think he was perhaps making a mountain out of a a molehill. Most people would be fine with allowing a shorter clip of their documentary on a major news show seen by millions. His film would be getting enormous free publicity, and the people who subsequently bought tickets and watched the full movie will certainly see who made it.
Justin Wells was really rude and there was no call for his attitude, but from a publicity perspective, I think Dinesh made a huge mistake demanding they air the full 90 second trailer.
