A couple of things. First, I believe that this can be undone just like when Trump pulled us out of the silly Paris accord. Biden doesn’t have the legal authority to bypass congress on this. Just like Obama didn’t have with the Paris accord. Second, I believe there are certain markers or lines that, once crossed, allow the military to step in. This may be one of those lines. In an earlier thread posted today, comments were made about a TS post by Kash Patel that implied next week would be a big “boom” week. Another anon chimed in that Q made a post about the week after the boom week was where the real booms would be. And by that time the DS ammo would be spent. I’m paraphrasing. The timing of the 22nd falls In line with that q post. (Will try to find and post). If the real booms come the week of the 22nd but the DS ammo is spent next week well…who knows? Third, we are an armed nation. We won’t take orders from the WHO lying down. I guess on that part the author of your article and I agree.
The Constitution gives to the Senate the sole power to approve, by a two-thirds vote, treaties negotiated by the executive branch. The Senate does not ratify treaties.
Beginning with the 1884 Head Money Cases, the U.S. Supreme Court has consistently held that Congress can abrogate a treaty through subsequent legislative action, even if this amounts to a violation of the treaty under international law.
