I vaguely recall him missing some SEC disclosure deadline because he bought such a large portion if the company at once.

Also, I'm pretty sure

It would be very unfair to all those shareholders, past, present, and future, who got "screwed"

This may be referring to all the people who own shares that are super overvalued due to bots and artificial engagement.
