Have you seen the posts on here regarding the Army Corp of Engineers being seen on top of the WH surveying? Thoughts are they're looking into changing the course of the Potomac. Some here think they're going to flood DC, but I think it's more likely they're going to literally "drain the swamp." Pedes have been wondering what they're going to find once the water is drained from the Potomac and the riverbed is dry. Are we going to find "Atlantis?"
