Verified. I worked tech for a large, wealthy district. In my day, teachers were pushing behavioral meds on students, and dropping poor testers to SPED classes to eliminate their inherent low scores from the MEAP, which allowed them to claim a higher test average, and get more money from the state per student. Scam.
