I've always wondered when watching Chyna Joe ramble on his longer speeches, if indeed it's even him, about why he always seems to have a candy (in my town they are called sweets) in his mouth.

Then I realised, it will be laced with meds to try and get him through the speech!

Like I say, if it's him talking at all.
