It is a death shot if you're awake but just keep living in fantasy land. I work in the medical field. I see the damage on a daily basis. Those are the living who are dealing with the consequences of their choice. Some don't realize they took poison. VAERS has thousands of deaths if you care enough to back up your words, that it's not a death shot.
