The Finnish government has made an official decision to join NATO. Britain has called for the creation of a "global NATO", which will allow monitoring the "security" in the Indo-Pacific region.

Finland breaks a treaty with Russia (the legal successor of the Soviet Union since the Russians accepted a new constitution some years ago) not to join an alliance against Russia. This treaty, I think of about 1992, prolonged the spirit of the Finnish–Soviet treaties. Though, in the aftermath of WWII, they were an offer which the Finnish could not decline.
Just keep in mind that the Finnish Prime Minister, as well as the Swedish, is a WEF puppet
