But, let's say HRC is interred at Gitmo awaiting a treason trial, wouldn't Uncle Joe do something to get her out of the court? Doesn't he have power over the military to say, "boys, let's stop this trial because as Commander in Chief I can call a halt to any military trials"? I'm thinking that even some leftie Admirals on the island could do nefarious things to hinder the prosecutions. Don't junior officers have to do what an Admiral or General tells them to do and then salute while saying "yes, sir!"?
