BTW Casey died about a day or two before he was about to testify about something that was very suspicions at the time. Or at least we were told he died - I believe it was of some sort of brain hemorrhage. I have no idea if that hemorrhage was induced by a gunshot wound to the head - or if it's all a cover for him going in hiding or what. But that's how he met his demise - or public demise anyways
