Hey man, I often see your posts and realise you're a patriot. He absolutely is facing serious charges and they would be keen for him to testify in future cases. If I was facing 5 years in prison, I would want to do anything to make my life easier. I'm curious why you think they can't link him to anyone else, he could easily testify against Clinton.

The judge denied the "conspiracy" part of the case. They cant link it to anyone anymore. This case stands entirely on its own.

Its a minor lying charge with a max of 4 years, in which he'll probably get probation if they can he prove that he lied.
