Many users have not yet picked a profile picture. The thing went live TODAY, even people I followed from here have new accounts with no profile pictures...

As I said above:

Did you look at the people following her?

Did you see their profiles?

Did you see the date their profiles were created?

If you haven't, I suggest taking a look.

Is it because there are so many "constitutionality freedom loving" types following?

She does have a LOT of new ones but the web access literally just opened today. I almost didn't even include a pic or banner for mine, I was going to skip it for the time being. I was going to be another brand new account with no pic.

Who knows?

There's one's from February and March with no posts. Tulsi showed up in May. Devin Nunes introduced her.

Sorry I was walking my dog and hitting the gym, I browsed through a couple of dozen accounts.

It is what it is, if there is a bot problem then there is still work to do on their back end. If Devin introduced her, he has to likely be aware of it. Yet here we are.
