Unfortunately, the SEC is rather unsophisticated, compared to Big Tech. However, at least if they do launch an investigation, stuff will surface no matter how incompetent they are and people will be convicted for various things, related or not. Since it’s Twitter, I’m sure there were a significant amount of SEC violations by the Company and it’s employees. So that would be interesting.
