The truly smart people just use a computer and emulate whatever

Maybe things have changed, since I now can have NES, SNES, and PSP emulators on my phone, but, for a while at least, to emulate modern games needed a computer that was far superior to the system that was being emulated.

Not that it makes a difference really since I barely ever have time to play games anymore.
