Trump and Oprah, as I recall, were somewhat close early on. Both in TV, ran in the same circles. Oprah got Dr. Oz his start. Its not a far stretch to say that Trump and Oz might be friendly.

I doubt Trump would endorse someone swampy, but I don't know. Take it at face value, Oz might owe Trump some key votes if he got in. But lets see how it plays out.

Trump and Oz are friends....Oz has a place near Trump's.... Trump has known Oz for many years. They knew eachother in NY.
Rich people move in the same circles.

Trump was on Oz's show early on after Trump's physical in 2016.
