This raises a few red flags:

1. 91% is a VERY HIGH increased risk, almost double, and one hypothesis is that people may skip breakfast, but they do drugs or smoke in that time.
2. Its a self reported nutritional study. I CANT REMEMBER WHAT I ATE 2 DAYS AGO, HOW CAN ANY OF THEIR RESPONSES BE ACCURATE?
3. Its run by the American Heart Association, who does accept money from big pharma and food companies, who knows who is on their board, and who knows where a broad swath of their money comes from

One thing that has been top of mind for me, that I can't stop thinking about, and runs parallel to what you post is this:

There are not as many liberals out there that the left would have you believe. A few points to that effect:

1. Immigration. They are brining in a lot of "new" voters. This was always their plan. If they actually had the liberal base they claim, this would not be necessary.

2. Twit/X. Since Elon bought it, the amount of bots has gone way down, the liberal echo chamber has gone way down, and it is actually far more conservative than liberal (IMO, I am not on it enough to confirm this, I am just going by comments I see)

3. The Census. There has been fuckery abound forever around the census: counting illegals, counting fake people, this has been happening to decades. This would not need to be done if there are actual liberals.

4. The "blue cities in a sea of red" effect. They would have us believe that liberals in 99% of the country just congregate in large cities? On its surface, this makes sense because country folk tend to be conservative, but suburbs are (mostly) pretty red, most counties outside of metro areas are deep red, is it true that cities are actually red or is that just the myth that's perpetuated? Look at PA. Outside of Pitt and Philly, it is deep red. Look at Texas, hell look at Cali. I don't believe for a second that cities are just by nature super liberal. And if you look at where the most fraud occurred, it is in cities. And I would bet my favorite pair of Crocs that cheating has been going on in these places for a long time.

5. My own personal anecdote. I live in a red county, work in a blue city, in a deep blue state. If you look at my circle of people I know, maybe 10% are liberal. Maybe 10% more lean lib but aren't hardcore left. Even people I talk to are probably 80% conservative, I would even say closer to 90.
