He is getting ready to expose the SEC. Didn’t they say they would investigate the transaction of twitter being sold to Musk? This is his way of saying, “Bring it on!” If the SEC refuses to investigate Twitter for potential fraud, that will tell you something about the corruption and collusion between a Twitter and the SEC.
