The Guardian is a Brit publication. So I was puzzled to why Gates gave the money to it considering the problem of lack of baby formula is in the US.

Seems like they were paying overseas to manufacture 'something' resembling baby formula.

And I find the name "BioMilQ" odd, kinda like Bio Military Q?
