I thought the same... the rigging is to oust Oz. What people need to understand is that Lancaster, where the the faulty ballots were printed, makes a great county to do this exact thing in. It's red and largely rural (fhe Amish live here), so it flies under the radar as a likely place to misprint ballots, force a recount, and slide in an extra 1000 votes or so. But I do believe it's possible this was tried. It's also possible it was a genuine mistake, but it's less likely to be so because this is a pretty well-run, functional county.
