I've read the essay about wolves, sheep, and sheepdogs... A lot of 2a people out there that consider themselves to be the dog in the scenario, but they've only fallen for another marketing scheme. The dog isn't free, absolute loyalty and obedience to the master is required at all times.

Who is the master?

None of the animals in the scenario are free, they are all governed by human stupidity.
