It's either 1 of 2 things.

It's either a Q-level-security-clearance individual giving us insider scoop that we couldn't possibly know otherwise.

It's someone speculating what might happen and stating it as irrefutable fact.

It's definitely not #1 and if it's #2 it deserves more pushback than I gave.
