The post isn't presented as speculation. It's stated as matter-of-fact, as though the person has insider knowledge.
Take, for instance, the following statement:
Either the poster is talking about an actual conversation, or one done through comms. Actual conversations likely did not happen and would be highly secure if they did, so the poster is probably referring to comms.
They're presenting their own personal speculation as irrefutable fact, to zero effect.
