That's just ludicrous. The first one reads like the beginning to The Army Of The Twelve Monkey's movie. They aren't even attempting to be creative.
Having said that, the first link (monkeys from a lab truck, turned over on the road, hissing in a woman's face where the CDC gets involved (again, LOL)) is in Danville Penn. The woman is stated to be 45.
The second one (the dead person) is from Weston West Virginia and she is 51. Those two places are about 300 miles apart. I can't see the facebook page (because wtf would I have a facebook account?), but there is no indication they are the same person from what I can see.
The picture of the woman on the "dead person from Weston WV" page is not conclusively the same as the FB/PA woman. They have several different features that make it inconclusive.
It could be the angle, or the lighting. The hair is totally different, but that is not necessarily indicative of anything. The eyebrows are pretty different, but she could be extending her eyebrows in one picture, or gotten them recently plucked and they hurt (dead picture) and not the others. Her neck/chin is different, but it could be the angle.
I can see that the facebook woman is the same as the Danville PA woman. What I can't see is that the DEAD woman from Weston WV is the same as the facebook woman. If those details are on FB, I can't possibly see them, because I don't have a FB account.
HAHAHAHA

I just can't tell from those pictures.
