"Thousands displaced"??? How do you do that? It's not a hurricane or tornado, so how do thousands get displaced?? The evil is so huge there.

Gang wars are just like a civil war. Somalia, Rwanda, Ethiopia, Bosnia, Syria etc., when the fighting starts the innocents run because they want no part in the damage/destruction/murder that follows.
