When Hillary was Secretary of State she gleefully had Khadaffi killed and the gold in Libya he had stockpiled to back the Gold Dinar disappeared.

How do you bring the gold back "legitimately"? You have a gold mine in Haiti and your brother handling it for you. That way you can sell the gold etc and nobody asks where it came from. The gold mine was a gold laundering operation.
