As Dan Bongino pointed out on his show yesterday (Friday), this is NOT a sudden emergence of actual journalism going on here, the MSM is quite willing to throw someone under the bus when it suits their purposes because they don't try to save hopeless people (Joe Biden, Hillary, etc.) once they've shown themselves to be unpopular and unreliable.... CNN and the rest of them are ONLY interested in saving liberal policies and their agenda. People can be useful to advance the agenda, but when they show just how incompetent (Joe) or tarnished (Hillary) they are, they become expendable.... because the agenda MUST BE SAVED, and if it means destroying a career...or even hundreds of lives... the MSM is OK with that.

This is NOT journalism, this is CYA writ large.
