I'm glad I pushed hard on this from earlier in the week trying to debunk this. I've had shingles recently and haven't been vaccinated. I also did not have chickenpox. So what this means is that the load of stress we are all under, it's still possible to activate the viral load of herpes zoster if you did have chickenpox, but it could also be your nervous system overreacting too. If it is viral, how did it get into my body... If we are to believe that viruses are indeed the cause of this.. but I think monkeypox outbreak is also subliminal comm tbh
