Just wonder about the mechanics of a decertified Presidential election. Say a judge decertifies the election due to fraud. Does the process go back to the state to have another election, or does it go back to the House of Reps? I'm sorry I don't know much about this line of our Constitution, but maybe some who has knowledge can chime in. Maybe this is why Trump is trying so hard to get Conservative elected so that when the case is sent to the House he will have a packed House and Senate. If that is the case the the earliest Trump can retake the Presidency would be in January of 2023. Or would the House be called into special session on the day after the elections so the current Representatives can vote on the Presidency?

They weren't forced to. True, the ones who haven't taken it have been or are still in the process of being kicked out but no one assaulted them and jabbed a needle into them. It's a battle of wills, duty vs tyranny, a staring contest, a mental waiting game right now.
