Anon comments on Qresearch since last night (5/21/2022) confirm your observation that TT201 is resident in the qagg.news link but not when searching Truth Social.
When loading qagg.news / TRUTH pull down menu and selecting the All In option for Donald J. Trump you will see all Trump truths, posted and deleted.
Not on Truth Social, so here is a suggestion to gather more data.
Open a tab to Truth Social and display Trump truths as in qagg.news above if possible, so you can compare the two "side by side" so to speak.
Do not know how DJT truths are numbered (or if there is any numbering of Truths on Truth Social at all)... does not matter if they are or are not.
See if what appears in qagg.news, in order of sequence of DJT drops, are consistent with the order of the DJT drops on Truth Social.
You want to determine whether or not TT201 missing on TS is preceded and followed by the same truths that precede and follow TT201 in qagg.news
Suggest the same for TT198.
What we are trying to confirm is that except for the missing DJT truths in Truth Social, the Truth Social sequence and the qagg.news sequence mirror each other.
If mirrored... then you should be able to determine where the DJT Truths on qagg.news would be if they were present on Truth Social official web site.
The rabbit hole I am suggesting we are going down is this one...

Further reading on Qresearch indicates that the DJT Trump truth with the Q drops embedded is on Truth Social -- it is only that the Q drops that are visible embedded in @snazzyburrito's drop on qagg.news are not embedded in the drop (truth) that is on Truth Social official site.
If I were on Truth Social and had the skills I would be downloading all the graphics in the DJT Truth Social official site drop (same asTT201 on qagg.news minus the two Q drop embeds) and applying steganographic tools to them...
