Really, it sounds just that she has been "cut loose" from her protective umbrella and is now abandoned, to survive on her own without any favors from above. I notice she is saying she will not run in 2024. She is no longer useful to the powerful. If she is at all culpable in the many deaths surrounding her, she could possibly be found guilty. If she is found guilty of espionage or treason, that would not be good. Oh, she has plenty to fight for.
