If I'm following this correctly, as per CG's post here and Q's posts #3711 and #3354 which he references, the indictments should begin when the corn is ready for harvest. POTUS just had a speaking engagement where he started to say something about September then caught himself and changed to glide past that. Someone else here caught it in another post.

He does say, in #3711 "Worth Remembering".
