As an attorney, I'm sure Lin Wood gets certified mail all the time. If it's not from someone he knows, or involving a case he is working... then I'm sure it goes into the round file.

I’m sure Timothy thought of this excuse which is why he also emailed Lin Wood copying the family of one of the victims about the evidence as well as showed up to Lin Woods property in Tomotley in person, not once but twice to hand deliver it.
