Resemble syphilis. I had a gay cousin who got syphilis, we went to the hospital together so I know that’s what it was. There was a picture posted here the other day of somebody with spots like that on their face. And I said syphilis. This is before I knew about the monkeypox thing. Very likely. Treated with penicillin
