I agree its all code, but the problem is, we don't have the decypher.

Totally not true. Every verse in Revelation can be deciphered with the other books in the Bible, with the book of Daniel being the most important one, by far.

Revelation is written in the form of a chiasm, and that plays a big role in interpreting it.
