What if he went into this with the foreknowledge that Twatter was fake, that their financials were off and that their SEC filing was fraudulent? So far he's spent what amounts to "pocket change" for him and might have damaged Twatter down to junk bonds level, when he could then pick up for a fraction of his final offer. He could then put some good brains on the project and create a Phoenix app out of the ashes that would rival any social media on the planet.
