Anons don't control the stickies, mods do. No amount of screaming 'be the change you want to see' will make this not true.
I do wonder if some daily perma stickies for the current thing, IE Durham, Monkey Pox, Musk/Twitter saga, Trump are the solution? Each day a new one is made and the old one is unstickied and locked. Duplicate threads are locked and the users pointed to the stickies or already existing threads would go a long way.
This is how most of the image boards work, or used to before they got infiltrated.

You can self-report your own posts to request for a sticky. Put it under the reason in 'other'. A little sneaky tip :)
That hasn't worked for me in a few months.
Lies. I've seen reports against you, but I've never seen reports from you.
