I know this isn't really on topic, but I've been seeing little wafts of smoke/mist in front of my face over the last few days.
🧘Mental/Physical Health 🏋🏼♂️
I've ruled out my breath, but I can't be sure. 50% humidity where I am, occurs inside and outside, and AC is not a determining factor.
The smoke/mist is coming from my peripherals inwards. Unusual for breath clouds, in my experience.
It's starting to freak me out.
Any physics nuts out there have a good explanation so I can stop feeling paranoid?
Some of my recent research would definitely have made me a target... Graphics coming Soon™.
Worst-case scenario: I'm being haunted.
Best-case scenario: my narcolepsy is causing me to hallucinate.
I doubt it, but is anyone else experiencing strange phenomena?
Halve the age.
And yeah, I have black little squiggles.
If I breathe heavily they go away. I figured it was low O2 levels, because I often forget to breathe on a regular basis. When my narcolepsy kicks into overdrive, autonomous breathing ceases. I wear a CPAP at night because of it.
