"thanks for helping in the election. just a few things here, we have all these rules to ensure safe and fair elections, so you have to comply with them because it is the law. but if you dont comply with them, well, we dont have any enforcement in place because then we would have to risk putting people in jail. so make sure you follow all the rules to the letter! or not..."
