As far as apartment buildings, maybe some of the smaller ones have garages or something for parking. The larger ones, especially hi-rise, have parking lots like in front of a store or at the mall. When all tenants plus family members with cars need to charge at night, how will that happen without chargers in every parking slot? I just don't see that happening. Maybe I'm wrong.
