He killed his grandmother before going to the school. I’m guessing she didn’t approve of his trans lifestyle. He made a choice to kill her and the others who also deserved to live.

He felt real brave killing young children as opposed to teens in a high school who might fight back or adults in a factory. He probably was made fun of. I wonder what he was promised to pull this off? Fame and fortune? They knew all along they would snuff him out. By they, I mean the government entities who are crooked as hell.
