Zoom out from Ulvada. ALL roads go right into that town. Ulvade's famous feature is its airport. Why does a town that small have such a big airport?

It's because it's a MAJOR smuggling staging area. Probably many in the town are in on it.

Several business operate as fronts. Huge amounts of drugs worth billions flowed through that town.

The kid getting $6000 in weapons means the authorities have free ran to tear this business apart. I bet this business was a cartel front where they to gun running.

An honest businessman would wonder why the town weirdo kid (it's a small town) would have that kind of money. But not a guy who is running a front and knows not to ask questions.

This is perhaps exactly what Salvador Ramos did before he murdered 21 people at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas on Tuesday. Texan authorities have confirmed that the 18-year-old entered Oasis Outback in mid-May and bought two rifles and 375 rounds of ammunition. He had just turned 18 and he celebrated the occasion at the popular store, which is just a 10-minute drive from his home.

This 18 year old shows up and drops big money on weapons, but he doesn't ask questions.

The firearms area has its own room in the store, with stuffed animals hanging on the walls: bison heads, deer and even a six-foot black bear. “What weapon do you want, sir?” asks the store worker. He is a paunchy man in his sixties with a graying goatee, a camouflage vest and a cowboy hat.

Asked if he remembers selling two of these rifles to the young man who opened fire at Robb Elementary School, the worker is silent for a few seconds. “We are already collaborating with the police in the investigation and we are not going to say anything more. If you have more questions, better read what the law says.”

They're spilling the beans. They know their goose is cooked. They're cooperating and making a deal. It's disguised as an investigation about the shooter, but it's really about the cartels.
