While I have no idea what happened, the linked post seems unrealistic:

...WITH HIM AGREEING TO LIE ALL THE WAY THROUGH THE "COURT CASE" AGREEING WITH ANY NUMBER OF DEAD THEY STATED DESPITE HIM KNOWING NO ONE DIED.

Having the shooter agreeing to a number of dead is not evidence of that many people dying.
