Eh, my states politics is like that sometimes too. Our governor (Little Balls) just won his primary only because he is the sanest and has been in politics. A lot of the older voter base votes for who they always voted for, and anyone they see as “new” is either not trustworthy or absolutely crazy. It didn’t help that a Bundy ran for governor, so they just chose the lesser of the two extremes. And voter fraud is out of the question here, we don’t use dominion and require ID.
