There are a lot of strange happenings around Racine. A town that I had never really heard much about until there was an anon on r/PG and/or voat that posted about Racine quite often (I think Racine was in his user name). From his postings, it appears Racine was a deep state testing ground where a lot of shady shit happens.
It's funny, I happened to watch A League of Their Own over the weekend and one of the female baseball teams was the Racine Belles (they ended up winning the championship in the movie). That movie was definitely some 90s propaganda (women empowerment, kids are bad, men bad / women good), I never noticed it when I saw it as a kid, but I like to re-watch 80s/90s movies now that I am more awake. The propaganda is very clear and ever-present. I just thought it was weird they chose Racine as one of the 4 teams (along with Kenosha, Rockford, and South Bend).
I believe that the TV show, That 70s Show, was also based in a fictional town many people think was really Racine.
