Whether that matters or not remains to be seen. 6 years ago I would have said storing classified documents on your personal email server was stupid, and yet she didn't even get charged on that, so perhaps we're the stupid ones for thinking a corrupt system is capable of bringing about justice against the very people that make it corrupt.
