Nutrition is a huge overlooked component in all of medicine both med/surg and psych - the whole shebang. When has a doc every discussed nutrition with you? I had to go to a nutritionist/dietician and her help changed my health for the better permanently. I'm not just physically in great shape now, I feel so much better.
