A fundamental fact that the majority of people do not understand is that state corporatism has always been the economic model of fascism. It's the reason Hitler could tell Volkswagen to build a Beetle and they enthusiastically did so.

Fascism fails without corporatism.

Corporatism only requires the government to control one influential company (at minimum, usually more) within an industry, then the government steers that entire industry. This is the economic system of China and now the US. Social credit is the next step.

This is why mergers and consolidations are so crucial to the globalists' agenda. It's also why small businesses were targeted for destruction during Covid lockdowns while corporations were given advantages. Fascists cannot allow citizens to have options or parallel economies.

One question I have is if any of these companies will rebrand or dissolve after it's revealed they participated in a treasonous plot. Volkswagen never rebranded, but maybe that's because the Rothschilds never demanded them to.
