Noses are different
That was one of the pictures presented above. Looking at the distance between the tip of the cheekbones to the eyes to the tip of the nose to the top of the mouth to the tip of the chin/width of the chin/distance between cheekbones/eyes, all those distances look the same to me.
Can you be more specific as to what you think is different? Remember, if you look at all the pictures of both Eva and "Rachel" there are large age and weight differences. Look at the tips (i.e. the underlying bones), not the flesh.
I said what I think. The cheekbones and noses look different.
There's no side view of both of them, but in the D'Avino dog pic, you can tell by the area between her eyes that the nose is going to stick out further. It looks different than in the Mireles photo.
I did a further measurement analysis in this thread here (in the comments section). While it is far from certain, it is a (incomplete) quantitative analysis that gives a better idea of my argument.
Like me, someone in that thread thinks D'Avino's nose is bigger
